1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using HabitDex, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must comply with applicable app store rules and local laws to use HabitDex.

3. Use of the App

HabitDex is for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
• Transmit harmful code or malware

HabitDex is not medical, psychological, or financial advice.

4. Accounts and Data

HabitDex does not require an account; your habit data is stored locally on your device.

• If you enable iCloud, data is synced through Apple's CloudKit within your iCloud account. We cannot access that data.
• You are responsible for maintaining device security and backups.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store:

• Receipts and billing are handled by Apple
• Subscription status is managed through RevenueCat; we do not see your payment details
• Auto-renewal and cancellation are controlled in your Apple ID settings
• Apple's refund policies apply

6. Third-Party Services

Apple (App Store, iCloud/CloudKit) and RevenueCat support purchases and sync. Their terms and privacy policies apply.

7. Intellectual Property

HabitDex, including its content, graphics, monsters, and branding, is owned by the developer. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for personal purposes.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Infringe on others' rights
• Upload harmful content
• Attempt to bypass security
• Use the app for unlawful or abusive purposes

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using or uninstall the app at any time.

10. Disclaimers

HabitDex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Use is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HabitDex and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HabitDex and its developers from claims arising from your use or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
